The RENWEX 2022. Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles International Exhibition and Forum is an important event for all energy market participants. The motto of RENWEX is Creating the Future of Renewable Energy Together! It reflects the current trends and challenges of renewable energy development.
The event has established itself as a platform for demonstrating cutting-edge developments in renewable energy and electric transport, as well as the best place for dialogue and exchange of experience between business leaders, leading experts, and representatives of the energy industry, addressing the challenges of industry development in a new environment and finding effective ways for renewable energy import substitution.
The particular importance and high status of RENWEX is confirmed by its inclusion in the plan of events for the Year of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation in 2021.
On 25 April 2022, the Russian President signed a decree on the Decade of Science and Technology. For a whole decade, this project will contribute to this country's breakthrough scientific and technological development and the implementation of global transformations in science and technology, education, the digital economy, industry, transport infrastructure, and energy.
This year, interest in RENWEX 2022 and its conference programme is expected to be very high. The participants will present market innovations, generate new business contacts and build long-term technological partnerships.

Show highlights
This year, the Salon of Electric Vehicles and Charging Infrastructure has expanded to include both home and small mobile stations as well as large multi-standard stations for fast charging of several vehicles simultaneously. This part of the show will showcase high-tech solutions from Corporation PSS, DKC, Unicom Motors, Dunobil Power, Renera, Electrocars Rus, etc.
In addition to representatives of the business community, RENWEX will showcase Russia’s leading universities, which will present educational programmes and scientific and technological developments in the field of green energy and alternative transport. Among them are Moscow Polytech, Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Institute of Solid State Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, MISIS National University of Science and Technology, and Alekseev Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University.
RENWEX 2022 will also feature some newcomers: Movicom Electric, Laser Systems, Renera, Akku-Vertrieb, FAP, KEB-RUS, Germes-Telecom, Titanat, and others. The Skolkovo Foundation stand will showcase the most relevant renewable energy and electric transport projects from its resident companies and startups.
Professional visitors will see the equipment in action, learn about new technologies and receive detailed advice. Technicians and brand managers of the exhibiting companies will be on hand to discuss technical and commercial issues, as well as component and equipment sourcing opportunities.
Conference programme
The show is accompanied by a three-day forum, which includes 13 sessions. They will bring together leading experts in sustainable development, alternative energy and electric transport, representatives of authorities, energy companies, business associations, established research organisations, and key media.
The forum will open with the Session on the Green Economy and the Decarbonisation of the Russian Industry: a Reset and New Growth Points. Its participants will include representatives of the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the Russian State Duma, different professional associations, and the industry’s leading experts.

The Renewable Energy of the Planet 2022 contest will announce its results.
Recent events have highlighted the need to improve the reliability and sustainability of the global fuel and energy sector. This can only be achieved through a harmonious combination of the advantages of conventional and new energy. The Session on Prospects for the Development of Small-scale Hybrid Energy will be devoted to strategic approaches to the development of hybrid energy systems, as well as specific "mixed" generation technologies and cases of their implementation.
